CVS commit by mornfall: 

- fix crash caused by inappropriate delete in Pkg2DepGrouper::addNode
- fix the "don't open same package multiple times" again, hopefully
  fully this time
- fix rendering of sections and depends
- fix dependency borkage (ie, use TreeFactory, not new TreeNode)
