Bug#247217: konsole: exiting a session gives error message "session exited with error status xxx"

Hi Thibaut and Tomas,

Thanks for your replies concerning the error status message of konsole.

I've disabled the 'feature' as suggested, but still find that its use is
not very intuitive. E.g. I would find it more logical that the
following commands don't give this non-zero error code message, since
the error was not on the last line before the exit:

vbc@sornico:~$ fdsfasdf
bash: fdsfasdf: command not found
vbc@sornico:~$
vbc@sornico:~$ exit

I actually think that the feature would probably be better off by
default...

I guess this bug can be closed.

Thanks for the reply,
Chris.
