configure says that but then doesn't actually need it, the check is on the flac library not the libflac++ library. I probably should tell upstream to fix their mistaken configure warning. It builds fine everywhere that has tried now that libflac has been fixed. Of course most of the buildds haven't reattempted it since the fixed libflac was uploaded.
