Bug#245192: Temporary Workaround

I too have experienced the "bubbling" sound using libarts1-mpeglib, I 
narrowed it down to mpeglib itself, and not libarts1-mpeglib.  By 
installing mpeglib 4:3.1.5-1 from testing, the audio distortion seems to 
go away, at the expense of breaking dependencies.

All other audio is fine, it is only mpeg playback that has this problem.
