Bug#244674: kdvi: page-up and page-down keys sometimes scroll by two pages

Sometimes the page-up and page-down keys scroll by two pages. The
toolbar buttons with the same function work fine. The page-up and
page-down keys work fine in other KDE applications. This also does
not happen for all pages of the document.
