No. There are :

ii kdelibs 3.2.1-1debug1 KDE core libraries metapackage
ii kdelibs-bin 3.2.1-1debug1 KDE core binaries
ii kdelibs-data 3.2.1-1debug1 KDE core shared data
ii kdelibs4 3.2.1-1debug1 KDE core libraries
ii knode 3.2.1-1debug1 KDE news reader
ii kopete 3.2.1-1debug1 Instant messenger program
ii libqt3c102-mt 3.2.3-2debug1 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime version)

We can't be sure about the Knode issue. I did not use ksnapshot either for a
few days so maybe it was already broken. But the panel issue was definitely
not there before I upgraded to the debug packages. And I haven't seen this
problem before.
