Bug#240626: Save all makes kate think that another process changed the files on disk

Package: kate
Version: 4:3.2.1-1
Severity: normal

When I have a couple of files open and choose "save all", kate suddenly
tells me that every file I've saved was changed on disk by another
process. The process that changed the files, however, was kate itself. :)
