Bug#240454: kdelibs-bin: Icons for menu directories

It would be nice if the -dirs menu-method would create directories that
have icons. Currently, removing line 18 from the script has this effect
(at least in Kicker).
Also, what about a Debian swirl for the top Debian dir?
