Bug#238092: kde: Icons moved on the desktop skip NW when placed

In KDE 3.2, if you move an icon on the desktop, it won't stay where you put it -- 
instead, it jumps about 2mm to the left and 1mm up. Makes it hard to place icons
accurately... The behavior was not present in 3.1.
