The program /usr/bin/kbuildsycoca createas a cache file as
/usr/share/services/sycoca. This is in violation of FHS section 4
and thus in violation with Debian policy. Please use a file under
/var/lib or /var/cache for this purpose.
p.s. The bug is present in the 'official' packages too

You shouldn't do this. I don't know where you got the idea that this
would fix anything... If you undo those weird changes, and you still
have problems, then please file a bug report about those.
