Hi. When KDE 3.2 is uploaded to sid, koffice will be rebuilt without
these files (which KDE 3.1 does not provide).
The kdelibs-data 3.2 packages currently replace: koffice-data, though they do
not conflict: with it.
AIUI, this should have both conflicts: and replaces: to cater for the
case where koffice is installed *after* kdelibs 3.2, or (once everything
is rebuilt in sid) to ensure that koffice is upgraded first so that nothing
clashes. (Reassigning to kdelibs-data).
