Will kdeartwork, kdeaddons, etc. be put into experimental?

Ben,

I was wondering if you plan to upload your KDE 3.2 packages to experimental or 
not.  And, if not, do any of the source packages produce new binary packages 
that will result in them being held up in NEW status when they are uploaded?
