I'm saying that 
1 the klauncher warning is probably not related to the bug.
2 the problem may be that two konqueror's are started at the same
  time by the session manager, both notice that no dcopserver is
  running, both start one themselves, and then something bad happens (
  possibly all but one of the dcopservers die, and the konqueror's
  that started them encounter some problem ).  I don't think we should
  pay attention to the warning, I think it is harmless.

If this is true, then this is a very annoying, timing-dependent bug,
that, I foresee, may become a very long-staying guest in our bugs
database ;).

By the way, could the bug submitter please install the unofficial KDE
debug packages that are available here:
      http://www.kde-debian.org/~domi/debian-kde-debug.html
and see if the programs don't output more useful information when
those are installed ?
