Received e-mails in Spams (bad e-mail server configuration / ML configuration)

Dear Debian teams,

Can you solve the problem of e-mails always detected in "Junk Emails"/"Spams" folder?
SPF/DKIM/DMARC

For example, a part of several e-mail logs:

Authentication-Results: spf=none (sender IP is XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX)
 smtp.mailfrom=salsa.debian.org; dkim=none (message not signed)
 header.d=none;dmarc=none action=none header.from=salsa.debian.org;
Received-SPF: None (protection.outlook.com: salsa.debian.org does not
 designate permitted sender hosts)
...
