Please update the installed version of devscripts used by udd to
2.25.24. I am particularly interested in this fix:


uscan:
     - fix Gitlab template when version starts with "v". Closes:
https://bugs.debian.org/1113795


My suggested test case is apostrophe which should report the latest
upstream_version as 3.4 instead of v3.4:
