Bug#779407: tracker.debian.org: suboptimal wording with patch/help action short descriptions
For anyone looking at fixing this, you should look into:
* distro_tracker/vendor/debian/tracker_tasks.py
* distro_tracker/vendor/debian/templates/debian/help-bugs-action-item.html
* distro_tracker/vendor/debian/templates/debian/patch-bugs-action-item.html

BTS is an <abbr> tag which expands to "Bug Tracking System" so it's not so
bad really. But yes, we could replace it with "bug tracker".

For the patch action item, I suggest to use a short description like this:
> X bugs with a patch to review in the bug tracker
For the long description, we might want to have string that looks like
this:
> The bug tracker contains patches fixing X bugs (Y if counting merged
> bugs) that should be reviewed.

We might want to add a link on "patch tag" pointing to https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#tags
For the help action item, I suggest to use a short description like this:
> X bugs are in need of external help
For the long description:
> The bug tracker contains X bugs tagged help, please consider helping the
> maintainer in dealing with them. For a given bug, have a look at it, try to
