It seems OK just now. Did you confirm that it was caused by scrapers, or
was that just a guess? I am just wondering if it might be possible that
we're DoS-ing ourselves when uploading test results, or some such.

It seems that people have started writing things to slow-down and/or
poison AI bots. I guess we could try installing one of them if need be.

Ah, yes, the '_' means that logrotate was ignoring it.

I've reconfigured apache to log to ssl_request.log and have compressed
the large file, so that should rotate properly in future.
