Bug#1073562: qa.debian.org: (Some?) popcon statistic graphs not updated since May

Thanks for having investigated & fixed this.

Unfortunately there are still issues:

For example on [1] while the graph is now updated correctly, the written stats 
in the table are all "0".

Besides that, on the list of package of "maintainer" [2], the popcon column is 
now empty.
