Hi,
I've switched off TLS1.2 on my git server (to see what would be
brocken), one of them is VCSWatch:
Error: fatal: unable to access
'https://git.progress-linux.org/users/daniel.baumann/debian/packages/aio-eapi/':
gnutls_handshake() failed: Error in protocol version
It would be nice if the qa.debian.org system (I assume) could be updated
to bullseye or newer which supports TLS1.3.
