These are intentional. There are usually also Affects on some binary packages built from that source. The FTBFS makes the packages in sid uninstallable (due to dependencies on no longer available packages) and I want piuparts to mark the failures as "bugged/affected". I see no point in filing an additional "uninstallable in sid" bug blocked by the FTBFS bug to document that. If there was already such an uninstallability bug I've updated metadata and used that instead.
