Re: pchar is marked for autoremoval from testing

I just got this one, which seem like a mistake:

[Debian testing autoremoval watch]

The pchar package build depend on "debhelper-compat (= 10), quilt,
libsnmp-dev" and the binary package depend on "libc6 (>= 2.15), libgcc1
(>= 1:3.0), libstdc++6 (>= 5)".  How is this related to
nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-470?
