Bug#1003340: qa.debian.org: Please agree with salsa on the lintian version to use

Ok, then let's reassign to lintian.debian.org or salsa.debian.org. All
I'm saying is: please agree on a version to be used, otherwise we cannot
write lintian overrides files that avoid red flags on both platforms.
