Techinically, ITS are not WNPP bugs (in the sense, they are not filed
against the WNPP pseudo-package).

I haven't checked right now, but I'm positive tracker already deals with
all WNPP bugs (at the very least, O/ITA/RFA). It also includes RFS,
which is another thing that is not a WNPP bug.
