remember that tracker is source-based, plus anything that tries to tie a
binary to a source is prone to errors. remember all those cases about a
binary built by different sources across architectures, for example.
Either way, I request and obtained some years ago that distro-tracker
supports package lookup prefixed with src: or bin:. so for example you
could:
http://tracker.debian.org/bin:manpages-fr
and that redirects to manapges-l10n.
I would honestly oppose "hiding" and old source package just becuase its
binary was carried over to some other source. I do happen to need to
look up old sources every so often.
