Not afaik.
The mentors.d.n admins can do that though. I'm forwarding this mail to

I can't think of a good reason not to. However before doing so I'd
rather see if we have a good way to automatically email the affected
sponree about this, since the only way I know of for an admin to remove
an upload is to do it silently.

Furthermore, this shows that our system that should keep mentors "clean"
is not properly cleaning up sometimes.
