Bug#918793: tracker.debian.org: "0 commits since last tag" when last tag is newer than current upload

Package: tracker.debian.org

<mapreri> Myon: please look at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libreoffice-dictionaries
right now. it shows " 0 new commits since last upload, time to upload?" - is that a vcswatch or tracker bug?
<Myon> mapreri: tracker
<Myon> https://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/vcswatch?package=libreoffice-dictionaries
<Myon> the problem is the wording
<Myon> vcswatch just says "NEW" because 1:6.2.0~rc2-1 > 1:6.1.3-1
<Myon> tracker says "0 commits since last tag" which is not helpful
<mapreri> k
<Myon> vcswatch also says that the branch is even with the latest tag, but it doesn't make that the primary message
<Myon> the number of commits should only be used if the status is COMMITS
<mapreri> let me copy this in a bug report
