Hi,

I would like to see / use the migration status from britney in the bugs cgi script[1] as a way of
sorting/grouping packages with RC bugs. One concrete use-case that I have is that I would like
to know immediately whether a particular RC bug fix in the "Release Team View" warrents an
unblock hint or it is stuck for some other reason.

The data needed for this is exported via the excuses.yaml[2] in the
field "migration-policy-verdict"[3].

Thanks,
~Niels

Updated hourly (I would fetch it 45 to 50 minutes past the hour).

[3] In the "sources" list, find the element with the "item" field
matching the source package in question and then take its
"migration-policy-verdict" field.

There are items that matches other things, which can be ignored for
this purpose.
