This is shown because the RM bug is listed in
https://qa.debian.org/data/bts/wnpp_rm
We don't have any detail about the RM bug. Arguably this file should not
list removal requests for binaries. But this is not under
tracker.debian.org's territory so I'm just reassigning the bug.
