Is this not possible via the regular BTS, for example:

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?submitter=jidanni%40jidanni.org

There are various sorting/collating options at the bottom of
the page.

As it happens, a link to the above page is available on every individual bug
