Bug#899113: tracker.debian.org: emails sent to '<package>@tracker.d.o' are discarded

Hmm, reportbug has the --kudos option that would be affected by this:

IOW, if $pkg@tracker.d.o discards the mail, this option will stop being
useful for Debian packages that uses <package>@tracker.debian.org.
(Just reporting the inconsistency. I will not comment on whether the
bug goes to reportbug or tracker.d.o)
