As a Debian developer or other interested party, on a source package
Web page I can see a summary of debcheck problems regarding the given
package. (Ticket migrated from Trello: https://trello.com/c/duNhR7pO/)

Acceptance tests:

  Retrieve the list of packages with debcheck problems for unstable,
  testing and stable distributions from
  http://qa.debian.org/data/debcheck/result/:distribution/ALL-pkglist

  Add a link to the links panel for each retrieved distribution's
  problems list that contains the package.

  The link points to the debcheck QA page for the corresponding package
  and distribution.

  The name of the distribution where the problem was found is provided.
