Package: tracker.debian.org
tracker has the notion of "DM" and it reads
https://ftp-master.debian.org/dm.txt to known which people are DMs and
which packages they have such rights for.
However, that page mention the gpg primary uid a DM key had for its
first upload, and dak won't ever update that uid, as such, tracker shows
the "DM" label only to those using using the original email address and
not the ones using a different one.
Possible solutions include getting the whole dm keyring to gather as
many uids as possible, or use the export file already provided by
carnivore.
