Currently all non-automated emails (i.e. those that are not anyway
already catched by tracker through other means) sent to
team+<slug>@tracker.debian.org are just discarded instead of being
relayed to all team members (imho they should go into the 'contact'
keyword).



Filing this well known missing feature as a bug so I can point people
to it.

mail: implement forward to team members for team+foo@ emails

The process discards all mails which can be associated to a package
as those are automatic emails that we already receive through
dispatch@. The remaining mails are forwarded to team members with
the "contact" keyword. The headers X-Distro-Tracker-Team and
X-Distro-Tracker-Keyword are set appropriately.
