Hi!

It seems there are still several URLs that use http instead of https.
For example taking dpkg:

* mailing list archive points to
  http://lists.debian.org/debian-dpkg/
* several of the versioned links for package metadata like
  https://tracker.debian.org/media/packages/d/dpkg/changelog-1.15_1nypb7o.11
  (the tamporary pathname in the URL is reported in another bug).
  https://tracker.debian.org/media/packages/d/dpkg/rules-1.16.9~bpo60%2B1
* the copyright link itself and its redirect points to http
  http://deb.li/DTAuthors
* lintian
  http://lintian.debian.org/full/debian-dpkg@lists.debian.org.html#dpkg
* debtags
  http://debtags.debian.net/rep/todo/maint/debian-dpkg@lists.debian.org#dpkg
* screenshots
  http://screenshots.debian.net/package/dpkg
* Ubuntu patches
  http://patches.ubuntu.com/d/dpkg/dpkg_1.18.4ubuntu1.patch
* Buildd Clang
  http://buildd-clang.debian.net/package.php?p=dpkg (but this seems
  inaccessible currently?)

Thanks,
Guillem

Done.

I think everything else has already been fixed now.
