Dear Maintainer,

currently qa.debian.org shows a "valid XHTML" icon that is served from [1].
Please download a copy of this file and serve this icon from qa.debian.org.

PS: The page for VLC has two errors [2].

[1] http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-xhtml10-blue
[2] http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3a%2f%2fpackages.qa.debian.org%2fv%2fvlc.html

This bug was closed by Paul Wise (pabs) in SVN revision 3558.
Note that it might take some time until the qa.debian.org code has
been updated and cronjobs have picked up changed data.

Commit message:

Remove references to the W3C validators (Closes: #714886)

Some references are unused.
Other references no longer work.
The W3C is less relevant than implementations nowadays.
