Dear Maintainer,

The bugs table in UDD has incorrect values for the
affects_<distribution> column for fixed bugs which trigger testing
autoremoval and keep the bugs listed on the TODO list in DMD.

Bug #838463 in libosmium has been fixed in libosmium/2.9.0-2 which
migrated to testing on 2016-09-27 (https://tracker.debian.org/news/800647),
yet the bugreport in UDD still marks it as affects_testing which is
incorrect.

It took some time for the BTS version graph to learn about the fixed
version in testing, but it now correctly reflects the fixed version in
both testing and unstable:

 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/version.cgi?package=src%3Alibosmium;collapse=1;fixed=libosmium%2F2.9.0-2;found=libosmium%2F2.9.0-1;info=1;absolute=0

Another example is bug #836993 in qgis which has been fixed in
qgis/2.14.6+dfsg-4 and migrated to testing on 2016-09-23
(https://tracker.debian.org/news/799738), but the bugreport in UDD still
marks it as affects_testing and affects_unstable whereas the BTS version
graph correctly displays both testing and unstable as fixed:

 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/version.cgi?absolute=0;found=qgis%2F2.14.5%2Bdfsg-2;found=qgis%2F2.14.6%2Bdfsg-3;found=qgis%2F2.14.6%2Bdfsg-2;collapse=1;package=qgis;info=1;fixed=qgis%2F2.14.6%2Bdfsg-4

I've not been able to troubleshoot the UDD code with the vagrant
environment, but I suspect bugs_gatherer.pl or the Debbugs modules it
uses to be broken on ullmann.debian.org.

Kind Regards,

Bas

This seems to have been caused by the recent VM shuffle at UBC and it
should be fixed next time the bugs gatherer runs.
