Bug#838917: ddpo: different section tables on web page do not line up

If one is listed in `main' for some packages and subscribed (eg
`ddpo') for others, one gets several sections.  The columsn then don't
line up, which is confusing.

This could be fixed by making the whole thing one table rather than
several.
