should src:radiance be removed?

  * no upload since 3 years
  * (hence) outdated upstream version
  * RC-buggy and removed from testing since 2 years
  * (hence) not part of jessie or stretch
  * bunch of unanswered bug reports open for 2 years
  * popcon records 73 users
