Some problems with setting up tracker locally

Hi,

i'm trying to run the tracker in a local vm. I followed the steps
described on [0], but when i do the initial scan for packages, the
update script crashes: https://paste.debian.net/782003/
(i also had to change L45 in
distro_tracker/core/management/commands/tracker_update_repositories.py
to: if 'force' in kwargs: )

if anyone could point me to a bugfix or what i'm doing wrong, that would
be great!
