With devscripts version 2.15.10, there is a new watch file format version=4
that offers improvements like multiple upstream tarballs.

Since upstream.rb runs uscan, the result in UDD is currently:

  debian/watch: uscan returned an error: uscan ERROR: debian/watch version number is unrecognised; skipping watchfile

Upgrading devscripts on ullmann.d.o to a new backported version of devscripts
will solve this; the backport does not currently exist in jessie-backports.
