Failed to update repositories

Hello, I'm trying to set up distro_tracker locally to contribute.
I'm following the guide here: https://tracker.debian.org/docs/contributing.html

When running "./manage.py tracker_update_repositories", I get:

I'm running Debian 8 with Python 2.7.9.
