Not the same number of server requests, no. After each keyword change you
would have to reload the full subscription list page... which can
possibly be large with many subscriptions. And which induces some delays
when you do many keywords change one after the other.

If you can avoid the duplication and still keep the modal form that does
not re-trigger a full reload of the subscriptions page, then sure, go ahead!
