So we need to decode the name part of the header... we have a function for
this: distro_tracker.core.utils.email_messages.decode_header()

And we need to apply it possibly before storage in the database,
so basically in distro_tracker.core.models.EmailNews.get_email_parameters().

Then I'll have to manually fix the old news in the database...
