The tracker.debian.org [1] and packages.qa.debian.org [2] page for package python-ase both incorrectly report the daily snapshot as a new upstream available version.

The debian/watch file included in the packaging reports only released versions.

Looks like this got fixed in the mean time... and we just display data
produced by a tool external to tracker.debian.org so the bug
would have to be reported there.

It's https://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/udd-dehs that we are using.
