QA upload (maintainer MIA?) for wizznic?

Hello,
wizznic annoys me constantly due to bug #647276 (error messages on many
unrelated installs, whenever update-mime runs).

Since I already NMUed wizznic in 2012 I prepared another NMU
(changelog see below). However, since it took me less than an hour to
prepare the NMU (all fixes are rather trivial) and there has been no
maintainer action since the initial release, I wonder if additionally
I should orphan the package? Could you check if the maintainer is MIA?

Please note that I haven't tried contacting the maintainer. For my
2012 NMU he never responded though.

Otherwiese I'm perfectely fine to simply propose another NMU and if
the maintainer does not respond in a reasonable time proceed with the
NMU (as in 2012).

The current changelog is as follows:

wizznic (0.9.2-preview2+dfsg-1.3) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix typos in German man page.
  * Update homepage reference.
  * Do not install wizznic mime file. It is not in the proper format expected
    from update-mime(8) and seems to not be necessary for most users.
    Closes: #647276
  * Review long description. Closes: #679941
  * Include subcategory in desktop file. Closes: #738053
  * Update policy to 3.9.6, no change required.

I did not (quickly) resolve the linitian error hardening-no-relro usr/games/wizznic
and only quickly looked at updating to a new upstream version
(upstream moved to github and seems to no longer publish tarballs; I
only updated the homepage for prospective future maintainers or users
who are interested in wizznic).

Thanks for doing QA in Debian.
