madison.cgi prints a database error to the logs when I visit this URL:

https://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/madison.cgi?table=new&package=mpclib3&text=on&S

The reason is that madison.cgi is expecting a source column in the
new_packages_madison view. I fixed the view in setup.sql in git already
but I'm not sure how to fix it in the live database.
