Bug#692943: marked as done (qa.debian.org: UDD/dmd.cgi: list packages waiting for sponsorship)

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

And what about integrating this feature to http://udd.debian.org/dmd.cgi ?
Should I post a bug report through qa.debian.org pseudo-package or do
something else?

Now done. the versions waiting on mentors are displayed in the
"versions" table, and as a TODO item.
