Bug#767024: tracker.debian.org: Reports wrong new upstream for a native package
The same problem is on https://packages.qa.debian.org/m/mini-buildd.html .
The output of https://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/udd-dehs contains this:
| debian-mangled-uversion: 0.8.20
| debian-uversion: 0.8.20
| messages: Not downloading as --package was used. Use --download to force downloading.
| package: mini-buildd
| status: Newer version available
| upstream-url: http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/mini-buildd/mini-buildd_1.0.0~alpha.8.tar.gz
| upstream-version: 1.0.0~alpha.8
And mini-buildd 1.0.5 does not contain a debian/watch file (which is good!).
Current versions of mini-buildd in Debian are:
oldstable 0.8.15+nmu1
testing 1.0.5
unstable 1.0.5
So the problem seems to be that UDD contains outdated information.
