yes, missing space after 'O:'.
It's actually not the bugs importer, but the orphaned-packages importer,
that takes WNPP bugs, parse them, and fills the orphaned_packages table.
In that case, it would make sense to fix the regexp to handle the 'no
space after :' case. Even if the formatting is wrong, there are so many
bugs that don't follow strictly the required formatting that it's better
to be tolerant.
