As a Debian user or other interested party, on a source package Web
page I can see links to screenshots of the given package. (Ticket
migrated from Trello: https://trello.com/c/duNhR7pO/)

Acceptance tests:

  Retrieve the list of packages with screenshots from
  http://screenshots.debian.net/json/packages

  For each binary package which has a link entry in the retrieved list,
  display that link in the links panel on the corresponding source
  package page.
